Akinwande-Ademosu

Akinwande is the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Credit Direct Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye and an MBA in banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and in 2013; he studied General Management Program at Harvard Business School, The United States.

He has over 15 years of banking experience in commercial, retail and micro banking with core competence in retail, credit, sales and marketing, relationship management and business administration from Equity Bank (Later IBL), First Atlantic Bank (later FinBank) and Standard Trust Bank (later UBA Plc.)

Adewole Falana

Chief Financial Officer of Finance and Commercial Services Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and trained with the firm of Ernst & Young International (locally called Osindero, Oni & Lasebikan (OO&L) a firm of Chartered Accountants) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1993. He worked with OO&L for five years as Senior Accountant before joining F & CSL as the Head of Operations.

He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He has over 14 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and General Administration.

Eddie Osarenkhoe

Mr. Eddie Osarenkhoe – MD/CEO of TFS Finance ltd. He studied Accountancy at Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in June 1980. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Taxation, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also holds an MBA from Edo State University. His working experience of over three decades cuts across Accounting, Tax Management, Audit, Treasury and Investment Management, Human Resources, Administration Management / Financial Consultancy and Finance.

Mr. Osarenkhoe’s working career started with Bendel Insurance Company Plc, Benin City, where he left in 1993 as AGM (Audit) to Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc as DGM (Finance and Administration). He later left the Insurance Industry for Consultancy in January 2000 and started with Index Consulting Limited, Lagos and later moved to Jireh Consulting in 2001. He later incorporated a firm of Financial / Management Consultancy (TFS Limited) in February 2003 which brought to the fore, opportunities in the financial sector and this ultimately resulted in the formation of TFS Finance Limited.

Mr. Osarenkhoe has attended many Local and International courses and seminars in Management, Insurance, Finance, and SME Project Financing/Management. The above credentials make him fully equipped to provide leadership to TFS Finance Limited.
